We are the authors of our dreams, and the creators of our own destinies. Walt Disney has always been a creative hero of mine.

I started this blog as a corner to share my deepest thoughts, imaginations, photos, and experiences. From the beauty of our sunsets, to the brilliance of fall, to the simple wonders of life, there is so many miracles and fantastic things in our every day lives to enjoy and share.

I write poetry, short stories, flash fiction and novels. You can find some samples of my works here. This blog and writing adventure started a few years ago with an idea that I had. It blossomed into an adventure that I’ve titled The Chronicles of Johnny Pheryl. You can view excerpts and rough drafts of it here on my blog under the “Writing Projects” menu. Since then I’ve added other projects that you can also find under that heading.

I have been a Star Wars fan for most of my life, I love Sci-Fi and Fantasy, and yes, I’m a Jedi. I’m an avid NBA fan. I co-host two podcasts, one NBA and the other Star Wars, Jedi & Jerms podcast and Idiot’s Array: A Star Wars Podcast.

I’m a husband and father to the most beautiful and amazing family, and I enjoy my precious time with them. They inspire me.
